Priya Woodz Policies

Things to note:

Please bring along with you your ID proof (photostat copy of Adhaar card, driving license, passport) that has your name, photo, and permanent address. Foreign nationals should bring a photostat copy of the first and last page of their passport that has their name, photo, and permanent address. This is a statutory requirement.

Home Stay Rules

Check-In: 10 AM | Check-Out: 9 AM

 Must read

  • Unmarried couples are not allowed
  • Only families are allowed to stay
  • Office ID, PAN Card and Non-Govt IDs are not accepted as ID proof(s)
  • Passport, Aadhar and Govt. ID are accepted as ID proof(s)
  • Property staff is trained on hygiene guidelines
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking within the premises is not allowed
  • Does not allow private parties or events
  • Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited.

Safety and Hygiene

  • Shared resources in common areas are properly sanitized
  • Property staff is trained on hygiene guidelines
  • Guests with fever are not allowed
  • Hand sanitizer is provided in guest accommodation and common areas
  • Thermal screening is done at entry and exit points

Room Safety and Hygiene

  • All rooms are disinfected using bleach or other disinfectant
  • Linens, towels, and laundry are washed as per local guidelines
  • Rooms are properly sanitized between stays
  • Hand sanitizers are not available in the rooms

Payment Related

  • Credit/debit cards are accepted
  • Master Card and Visa cards are accepted

Food Arrangement

  • The property staff can help in purchasing groceries as required by guests (charges of groceries will be paid by guests)
  • Outside food is allowed
  • Food Delivery is available from Zomato, Swiggy, and Local restaurant

Property Layout & Neighbourhood

  • The property is set in a multi-storey building
  • The property is in a quiet residential area
  • Vegetable market, Restaurant, ATM, Pharmacy, Public Park, Kids’ Play Area, and Supermarket are located within 1/2 km from the property.

Caretaker Information

  • The caretaker will help in cleaning the property.
  • The caretaker will be available from 06:45 AM to 11:30 PM.
  • The caretaker will help with Cab Bookings, Pick-up and Drop Services..
  • The caretaker is well-versed in Local places..

ID Proof Related

  • Passport, Aadhar and Govt. ID are accepted as ID proof(s)
  • Office ID, PAN Card and Non-Govt IDs are not accepted as ID proof(s)
  • Local ids not allowed

Other Rules

  • Does not allow private parties or events
  • There are no restrictions on entry and exit timings.
  • Limited Visitors are allowed
If the Guest is willing to cancel the reservation following percentage amount will be refundable
  • Before 48 hrs to 72hrs from the Check-in Time – 90% amount refundable
  • Before 48 to 24 hrs from the Check-in Time – 50% amount refundable
  • before 24 hrs from the Check-in Time – 25%  amount refundable
  • @Check-in Time – 0% amount refundable

Priya woodz Homestay Policy

  • According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at Priya woodz Homestay. The identification proofs accepted are a Driving License, Passport. Without a valid ID, the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
  • The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable. The standard check-in time is 10 AM and the standard check-out time is 9 AM. After booking, you will be sent an email confirmation with the Caretaker’s phone number. You can contact us for early check-in or late check-out.
  • The accommodation tariff includes all taxes. The amount paid for the accommodation does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks, or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out from the Apart-hotel.
  • Priya woodz Homestay reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a ‘couple’ if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in.
  • Priya woodz Homestay reserves the right of admission for local residents. Accommodation can be denied to guests residing in the same city. any check-in denied by the Priya woodz Homestay due to the aforesaid reason.

  • The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is at the  Priya woodz Homestay’s discretion. 

  • It is Mandatory for the guests to check out the house on Time.

  • Guests are allowed to stay in House for an extra 01 or 02 hours in any emergency situation.

  • Extra staying hours are chargeable and It could be allowed if new guests are not waiting only.

  • If Guests do not vacate the house on time, Then Management would consider this as Guest surpassing the conditions.

  • The Management has complete authority and has the right to forcibly vacate the property with help of Local Police.

  • Guests have to take care of their valuable belongings at the time of checkout. The Management will not be responsible or liable
